Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed. You'll receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding tracking number.

I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in the delivery of orders; this responsibility lies with the carrier responsible for making the delivery. However, if the delay exceeds 15 business days, I will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping will be made by myself, Joana Batista, and it will be my information you'll find at the package, due to the new obligations required by the European Union. As a sole person business I can't comply with this new rules, not until new directives are published that target small and micro-enterprises, as myself. This information regards the shipping does not conflict with other Faceless Queen's policies or legal terms.

Costs and (estimated) delivery times

Portugal: estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days. For Madeira e Açores, shipping may take 2 to 10 business days. Free shipping on orders above €49,00. For orders below, shipping will cost €4,90.

Spain (don't ship to the islands): estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Free shipping on orders above €79,00. For orders below, shipping will cost €7,90. 

Greece: estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days. For all orders shipping costs is €49,00.

Rest of Europe: estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days. Free shipping on orders above €99,00. For orders below, shipping will cost €19,90.
